Touchpay
Touchpay telephone input is great for smaller payrolls or when you are away from the office, such as at a job site. Simply dial our Touchpay hotline and our automated system will read each employee’s name. At the prompt, you just enter the hours on your telephone keypad. Your payroll is ready for processing!
Biometric Time Clock
Paybooks Biometric Time Clock captures each employee’s fingerprint and records arrival and departure times of hourly employees.
This cutting-edge solution eliminates the need for time cards and puts an end to "buddy punching".
Our clock includes software which allows you to schedule each employee’s time and compare schedules with actual hours worked. Work schedules can be automatically e-mailed to each employee and arrival/departure times are available real time on the internet for management supervision. The software allows for final review and changes to payroll information before you submit it over the internet for processing.
