Payroll Direct Deposit

Each pay day, funds are automatically transferred to any combination of employee checking and savings accounts. Direct deposit improves employee morale by making funds readily available at the ATM on payday and reduces your accountant’s time spent on check reconciliation.

Digital Check Signing

Payroll checks can be digitally signed with your signature, inserted into window envelopes, and securely sealed. Signatures are stored securely in special password encrypted files on our server.

Independent Contractor (1099) Payments

Paybooks can issue checks to all your independent contractors. Our fees for these checks are the same as employee payroll checks. By utilizing this convenient service, all 1099 and 1096 documents are created for you at year end at no extra charge.

Third Party and Wage Garnishment Checks

When deductions such as wage garnishments or 401k contributions are deducted from your employee’s checks, Paybooks can automatically issue payment checks to garnishers or third party administrators. A convenient 401k report which calculates employer match amounts is included with our Premium service.
