Paybooks Time Sheet organizes the reporting of payroll data and provides valuable human resource information on each employee.

The flexibility of four pay rates and ten payroll adjustment categories provide the employer with details on pre-set earning and adjustment amounts including Year-to-Date totals for each employee's adjustments.

Adjustment amounts may be programmed for balances and maximums such as 401k contributions, declining loan deductions, or garnishments that automatically stop when individual limits are reached. This flexibility provides unlimited options to simplify the tracking of numerous balances that change with each payroll.

Each employee's name, address, social security number, marital status, exemptions, start date, birth date, last raise date and amount are clearly listed. A complete history of vacation, holiday, sick, and personal time taken, provide up to date information on each employee.
